He is a development professional who has been working in the field of human rights research and policy advocacy for past 10 years, primarily focusing on the social, economic and cultural rights of Dalit and Adivasi children and youth. He has worked with a number of Dalit and Adivasi organisations at both the grassroots and national levels for several years.
